Re-imagined Orange Agate beads with Antique Dog clip

The Vintage Bead Collection

We love beads here at Osborne Jewellery and we really wanted to bring you a collection of vintage beads which have been reimagined for the modern jewellery lover and obviously we had to add beautiful vintage and antique clasps. We were lucky to be able to collaborate with Yas (@Ohsovinty on instagram) for this beautiful collection. Each necklace in the collection has its own personality and has been designed so you can wear them with clasps to the front or back, giving you more versatility.

This stunning Agate Beaded necklace has the most amazing gemstone beads. Just look at the colour ranging from pale yellow through to orange and even some almost red areas. But why do I love these beads so much? It’s because of the banding and inclusions, they have some of the best banding I have seen the stripes are so fun and beautiful. Each bead has been hand knotted onto red silk, chosen to stand out and become a part of the design. They are large beads meaning they have a great presence on the neck. On their own they’ll be a statement, add them to a stack and it’ll add so much colour and interest. We have added a 9ct Antique Dog clip to this set of beads so you can wear them with charms or spin it round and you have a stunning all beaded necklace.

These beads are in good condition. These are vintage beads (not new) and therefore may show some signs of wear, at most there maybe a chip or scratches, but it won’t be anything visible whilst wearing and it won’t affect the integrity of the bead. The dog clip is in good condition and is well sprung. They have been cleaned and polished. 

How to look after your beads-

- Beads shouldn’t get overly wet, so please remove when showering, swimming etc. 

- Once received ideally store your beads flat or hanging to avoid bends and kinks. Avoid tight coiling.

- To clean you can use a microfibre cloth to give them a light clean. Do not submerge into water. 

- When wearing put on after moisturising, spraying with perfume/deodrant making sure you allow it to dry before wearing.
