Vintage 9ct Moonshine Barrel charm

Moonshining! This cool barrel with its XXX marking on both sides represents the unaged whisky created during several eras in both Great Britain and more famously in USA during the prohibition era of the 1920s-1933. Moonshine so called because it was distilled at night to avoid detection. If you’re into history or whisky this charm is a great fun way of adding individuality to your charm jumble or add it to a charm bracelet. 

Hallmarks- HJH makers mark, 9.375, Birmingham assay, Z=1974

Weighs- 0.71g

Measures- 1.8cm x 8.8mm wide

This charm is in great condition as with anything vintage there maybe signs of wear. It has been cleaned and polished.
