Re-imagined Vintage Amethyst Beads with a Vintage Heart Padlock Clasp

The Vintage Bead Collection

We love beads here at Osborne Jewellery and we really wanted to bring you a collection of vintage beads which have been reimagined for the modern jewellery lover and obviously we had to add beautiful vintage and antique clasps. We were lucky to be able to collaborate with Yas (@Ohsovinty on instagram) for this beautiful collection. Each necklace in the collection has its own personality and has been designed so you can wear them with clasps to the front or back, giving you more versatility.

These lovely vintage amethyst beads are such a pretty bright shade of purple. We have re-imagined them and added a vintage lobster clasp and a large vintage heart padlock. I really wanted to have gold accents on these stunning beads as this purple just warrants that kind of luxe look. So we have added 12 9ct gold beads (these are new), they have all been threaded onto wire so are strong and ready to wear. I also had a vision of these beads look amazing with a large heart padlock and I think it turned out amazing. We decided to add a cute chubby lobster clasp (also vintage) so that you can have as much versatility out of them as possible. She looks so good on her own but also in a neck stack adding that pop of colour and luxe.

These beads are in good condition. These are vintage beads (not new) and therefore may show some signs of wear, at most there maybe a minor chip or scratches, but it won’t be anything visible whilst wearing and it won’t affect the integrity of the bead. The loyster clasp and heart padlock are in good condition, open and close securely. They have been cleaned and polished. 

How to look after your beads-

- Beads shouldn’t get overly wet, so please remove when showering, swimming etc. 

- Once received ideally store your beads flat or hanging to avoid bends and kinks. Avoid tight coiling.

- To clean you can use a microfibre cloth to give them a light clean. Do not submerge into water. 

- When wearing put on after moisturising, spraying with perfume/deodrant making sure you allow it to dry before wearing.
