Iolite mini beaded necklace with 9ct Gold Antique Bolt clasp

Mini bead collection- After the sell out success of our last collection we have once again collaborated with Ohsovinty to create another. This collection is made up of 9 individually designed and hand made mini beaded necklaces with either antique or vintage clasps. My aim for this collection was provide you with beaded necklaces which will add colour, texture and fun but also to add the Osborne Jewellery stamp by adding a vintage or antique clasp. They have been intentionally made so they can be worn either way around. There’s three types of clasps Vintage heart padlocks, Antique Bolt clasps a for the first time an antique dog clip. So they can be worn with the stunning clasp to the front. You’ll either have that heart padlock moment or an antique bolt/dog clip to add charms. But equally it’ll look stunning with the clasps to the back for that full beaded look. We love beads here at Osborne Jewellery and wanted to share that with you.

These Iolite faceted mini beads are stunning, that grey blue colour is so beautiful.  Did you know Iolite in some lights has yellow coming through and these little beads. It reminds me of those twilight hours just after sunset where you have that grey blue yellow light it’s just marvellous. I love this Asymmetrical style and with this collection we’ve added an oval shaped 9ct gold bead giving it a little bit more presence. It has a lovely antique bolt clasp so can be worn with that to the front adding a charm or 2. These look fabulous all year round in your neck stack, but I really love them in the summer adding that pop of colour. 

Iolite gemstone properties- it was once used as a compass by the Vikings, due to the way it colour changes even in cloudy weather, always being able to find the sun. This gemstone gives the wearer the ability of a clear mind, inner vision and clarity.

Please note as these beads are natural and faceted there is some variation in sizes, shape and colouring. We have chosen these beads as we enjoy inclusions, colour variation and size variation. The beads may not be completely straight due to this variation in size. 

How to look after your beads-

- Beads shouldn’t get overly wet, so please remove when showering, swimming etc. 

- Once received ideally store your beads flat or hanging to avoid bends and kinks. Avoid tight coiling.

- To clean you can use a microfibre cloth to give them a light clean. Do not submerge into water. 

- When wearing put on after moisturising, spraying with perfume/deodrant making sure you allow it to dry before wearing.
