Georgian 18ct Gold Turquoise Boat shaped Gypsy ring, 1806

Gorgeous Turquoise Gypsy Ring. This is a really lovely Gypsy ring with 3 Turquoise stones, the central stone is larger and is star set, which is stunning. This ring I believe has been made from 2 separate rings, it has an 18ct Gold band, with lovely crisp hallmarks showing that it dates back to the Georgian ring, and the head is 14ct gold. I love the boat shape the head has and the little dots to the shoulders. It is a lovely comfortable ring which would be a great everyday wear.

Hallmarks- on the band: Crown 18 for 18ct gold, Panther/Lions head for assayed in London, GB Makers mark and a letter L for the year 1806. The head has been tested as 14ct gold.

Measurements- Band: 3mm wide

This ring is in good condition, especially as it is 218 years old! As with anything antique there maybe signs of wear. It has been cleaned sympathetically to not remove any patina.
