Edwardian 18ct Gold Claw/Buttercup Diamond Solitaire ring, 1906

Beautiful Edwardian diamond Solitaire ring. This style of diamond solitaire ring is one of my favourites, I love the Claw buttercup setting and how much of the diamond is visible, makes it so sparkly. It’s such a comfortable wear, has presence of the finger and is a great weight too. It’s actually great for stacking as well. Perfect addition to your antique jewellery collection.

Hallmarks- Crown 18 for 18ct gold, a panther/lions head for assayed in London, an L for the year 1906 & a partially worn makers mark potentially says DS.

Size- Q (UK) or 8 (US)

This ring is in good condition, it is slightly off round but nothing that would affect the look or wear of this wonderful ring. As with anything antique there maybe signs of wear. It has been cleaned and polished.
