Antique Sterling Silver tight curb long guard chain

Versatility is the aim of the game! Often I end up creating other chains out of long guards as they are too long for modern wear. However this one isn’t as long as most at 27.5inches so its a long but a wearable length. However this one I did not want to shorten because it is a versatile piece. Wear her traditionally the dog clip connected to the T-bar area and add a few charms, beautiful. Or alternatively wear it as a lariat by clipping the dog clip over the chain then pull to your desired dangle length with the t-bar like a pendant. It looks amazing and add it to a stack will be even more gorgeous and interesting. The links are tight curbs which give it a slinky look and feel to it.

This chain is in great condition. As the links are tight sometime that curl up on themselves but give them wiggle or a massage and the, go back into place. As with anything antique there maybe signs of wear. It has been cleaned and polished.
