Antique Sterling silver coin purse/bag, perfect alternative to a clutch bag, 1914

Stunning Sterling Silver Coin bag. This is a lovely shape and has a beautiful engraved pattern with flowers, ribbons and bows, it has engraving on both sides but they are slightly different. It has a chain with a finger ring/loop to hold onto. It has a button at the top that opens up to reveal a tan leather interior which is in great condition I think it would work fabulously for parties, especially in this party season and a great alternative to a clutch bag. Would make a great gift for anyone who loves antiques, silver, jewellery and fashion.

Hallmarks- makers mark RPDC, an anchor for assayed in Birmingham, a lion to signify sterling silver and a P for 1914.

Measurements- 12cm long x 5.5cm wide x 2.7cm deep.

This is in great condition considering its age. There are few minor dings and scratches to the edges, but nothing that affects wear or the beauty of the piece. The internal leather is in really good condition there is an area near the clasp which is slightly loose but nothing severe. It has been polished sympathetically.
