9ct Sapphire and diamond heart charm

Pretty little heart. This would make such a great gift for someone. This dainty little charm in a lovely hart shape with a central deep blue heart cut sapphire. I love the white gold almost star like etched setting it works so well with the sapphire. Then to top it off there’s a tiny little accent diamond at the bottom. So pretty to add to a charm jumble.

This charm is in good condition, as with anything vintage there maybe signs of wear. It has been cleaned and polished.
